SUMMER TRAINING

Hello Falcon Family!

Below is the 2017 summer training schedule. These trainings are not mandatory, but it would be great to meet players before tryouts!

Trainings will not be grueling, but are meant to supplement your current club trainings. We will be focused on players getting to know each other and their playing styles, while working on little things to improve everyone's game. 

Weight training will be geared towards experience -- meaning no one will be forced to do more/less than they have experience in. Whether you've never picked up a weight or have been training for 2-3 years, we will have a structure set up to allow you to reach your fullest potential and tap into some things you may have never experienced.

I (Coach Croft) will be at as many sessions possible.
